Localized wall and pillar stucco repairs with a defined finish boundary.
AWC San Diego County company-work example, July 2026. This was not a Point Loma project.
AWC repaired several identified areas of loose and damaged exterior stucco. The scope separated removal, patching, and texture work from painting and ongoing moisture control. It did not establish the cause of deterioration or conditions outside the approved repair limits.
Conditions documented before work
Documented pre-repair condition at one approved pillar repair area.Documented pre-repair condition below a window within the approved repair areas.
Views during repair

Recorded work
Inspected the photographed repair areas and confirmed the existing site conditions within the approved work locations.
Removed loose and delaminated stucco back to firmly bonded material.
Cleaned and prepared exposed surfaces for patch adhesion.
Patched a former hose, sprinkler, or plumbing penetration area.
Repaired localized stucco damage near grade and below a window.
Repaired delaminated stucco at identified front and rear pillar areas.
Applied compatible stucco materials and matched the existing texture as closely as reasonably possible.
Removed repair debris and left the immediate work areas clean, presentable, and ready for painting.
Recorded boundaries
Work was limited to the primary repair areas identified in customer-supplied photos and confirmed during the site visit.
Painting, primer, color matching, and sprinkler adjustments were excluded.
Preventing sprinkler overspray or repeated moisture exposure was a separate owner responsibility.
Localized repairs may remain noticeable because exact texture and color matching against aged finishes cannot be guaranteed.
The record does not assign a root cause or establish concealed conditions outside the approved repair areas.
Planning lessons
Mark each approved repair area before removal begins.
Use sound material, not the visible stain or crack alone, to define removal limits.
Separate the physical stucco repair from primer, paint, color matching, and moisture-source responsibilities.
State practical texture expectations before approval.
